Space Empires V FAQsThis is a very noob question: I have build a star base at my homeworld but I cannot figure out how to move it! I have searched everywhere for an answer; no one else seems to have trouble with this. How does one go about moving a base? Thanks in advance! |

Mines and satelites in 1.71Submitted by LordDemon on Tue, 2008-04-15 07:14. Space Empires V GeneralI noticed that 1.71 seems to have limit of max 100 mine/satellites per space, even though the space unit max is much higher. Is this on purpose, or is it some sort of bug? Second, can this be changed in the settings somehow? I didn't see any in the game setup other then the max units/space, which seems to have no effect on this. |

Space Empires V FAQsHi all, I was just wondering if it was possible to quicken the pace of terraforming by building more than one facility. My home system is composed of different atmospheres than my race. If I build more than one atmosphere modification facility, will it convert it faster? Thanks! |
Mod ProblemsSubmitted by ajm5k6 on Tue, 2008-04-15 19:18. SE:V MODsNo matter what I do, or what I try the Mods that load, from the Game Types Window when you first start the game, refuse to work. That includes the wonderful Mods provided for us by talented programmers. I have version 1.71 of SE5. What will happen is the game will load the default setting, no matter what game type I use. Sometimes when it will even leave out components that I have changed (the one that comes to mind is the Meson Blaster, I renamed it the Meson Disputer.\). V5.05 fixes some bugs that I introduced in v5.04 (oops) and v5.06 adds a whole lot more. Though I'm not quite there yet, I'm getting really close.
