fixed a couple of things which got broke in other releases.
rewrote FTP connection and file upload/download to make maintanance a bit easier. still havn't figured out how to get a progress bar working though.
please report anywhere it's not working properly.

Fixed a few misc bugs and did a bit of cleaning in the indexes
for some index options you can now input two numbers to do one after the other
12 for 1 then 2 straight after for instance, only works with
items which nothing has to happen between (such as prossessing)
