I have no idea how to scrap existing facilities. I have looked everywere in the manual but cant find it. I finding a way in the multiple menues in the game with no succes. Can some one explain to me how to do it. Thanks 
To scrap facilities...
It's under the scrap cargo menu or ctrl+k hotkey.
