Emissive Armor and Shard Cannons: BM 1.08

I notice that Emissive armor still reduces damage against shard cannons (before the shard cannon damage gets to leak through).

The emissive effect is applied against all weapons.

Also note that armor skipping weapons in the mod lose 10% of their damage passing through the armor as well.

Does emissive armor stack?

So this 10% discount stacks with the fact that these armor-skippers generally do less damage?

Emissive armor does not stack.

Armor skipping weapons do less damage because they very effective already.

Did I miss the base game's bug with Emmissive Armor being fixed or something? The bug where destroyed Emmissive Armor pieces (or any armor with the damage reduction ability) added to the amount of damage reduced?
