this is why i love space empires....
you get to the crapy ai...
But then you go to battle and it saves it...
who needs ai when you can just play versus yourself?

I often got that battle epic feeling by playing with the balance MOD, even against the AI. It's really a great game, despit the current bugs. I'm trilled to play the game again when everything will be as it should be.
I like it.
Very nice. Effective placement on the third vid, the way you watch them mop the floor with the defense fleet only to run smack dab into the huge defense station.
I admit, the Xiati shipset is my favorite of the ones in the demo.
