Will these changes affect game turn processing times?

I'm working on a new version of the Social Traits for race creation. There are 17 possible traits that affect your race.

Not all races will have either a positive or negative in each trait.

If I list in the Socialtraits.txt file all 17 traits for each type, but with the ones not affecting the Empire having a ZERO value. Will they add complication to the game program? add processing time to the turns? affect the game in anyway?

The reason I ask is the current traits are mixed up in order and not all traits are listed for each type. If I put all 17 in there it will make it MUCH easier to create them now and to make adjustments down the road.

Any ideas?

They will have no impact on game performance.
