Hello, i'm prety new at this forum and i have few questions.
One of them is:
How do i build space station-starbase in space with a ship ?
Next question is, does race witch is diffrent then yours, wich lives on plant like majority (only them) gives you + trait at building and your race trait is - building (or war trait ?)
