Right clicking unit component in planet cargo in combat brings up 2 dialogs

Description

If I right-click a unit component which is in planetary cargo in a unit report in combat, I get 2 dialogs: one for the unit component, and another for one of the facilities on the planet (presumably the one directly underneath the mouse cursor but obscured by the unit report window).
