Have Ai recommend choices |

Description
When ever there's a choice have the Ai recommend what it would do. For instance, what type of colony (mining, or research). This feature should be disableable for advanced players. this would allow newbies to get up to speed faster.

Just on the colonies bit, have you ever looked at what the AI makes? Nothing but Mining colonies, because the only thing they use id the name.
